The Wellness Loop (TWL) provides employees tools and resources that support the wellbeing of the “Whole You” by looping together the 4 pillars of wellness - physical, financial, emotional, and purpose wellbeing. In balancing the different dimensions of wellbeing, we can strive for “Whole Human Wellness” while making a positive impact in our communities.

“Season of Wellness: A Fresh Start” Challenge
May 12 - August 8
Our 12-week Step into Well-Being Challenge kicks off May 12 through August 8! Form a team of 5–15 coworkers, track your steps with Sworkit, and boost your mental and physical health together. Daily prompts on Viva Engage will keep you inspired, and top teams and individuals will earn Motivosity points!
