Supplemental Life Insurance
Through New York Life (NYL)
In addition to your basic life plan, we provide a low-cost, convenient way to assist with financial security in the event of an unforeseen death. Employees have the option of electing supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouses, and their children.
Employees can elect coverage up to the Guarantee Issue (GI) amounts without submitting Evidence of Insurability (EOI). For elections over the GI amount, EOI will be required.
