- Take the care assessment to get matched with high-quality providers who have diverse backgrounds and identities. Lyra's providers are custom matched to you and have appointments available right away.
- Meet with your provider virtually or in person to get started on your journey.
What happens after you exhaust your 8 free sessions?
Through Lyra's Health Plan Integration (HPI) feature, you have access to continued care and medication management with Lyra after exhausting your 8 free sessions. Employees and eligible dependents who are enrolled in NU's Blue Shield health plan may continue their care with their Lyra therapist as an in-network provider, but the co-pay will be determined based on the medical plan that you're enrolled in.
Lyra Learn
Lyra Learn is a one-stop organizational learning hub for building a mentally health workforce. Lyra's e-learning platform provides employees with on-demand, professionally-produced Lyra mental health courses on personal and professional topics such as employee resilience, stress management, destigmatizing mental health, and how to respond to emotional distress.
