Our annual benefit open enrollment for the new plan year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) is from May 6 to May 17. Stay tuned for updates on plan changes and resources to guide you through the enrollment process.

📅 May 4 - May 15, 2026

It’s that time of year to review your benefits and make any updates for the upcoming plan year, July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. This Open Enrollment will cover a short plan year as we transition to a January – December cycle starting January 1, 2027, to align with the calendar year. 


✅ Key Action Items

  • Review your benefit elections.
  • Make your selections in Workday from May 4 – May 15, 2026.
  • Re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) if you want to participate.

Open Enrollment for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Medical Plan

June 2 - June 13

Part-time faculty and staff can now enroll in the MEC Plus + Globe Life medical plan, a cost-effective option that provides preventive care, nationwide PPO network, telemedicine, and more.


Coverage Effective Date: July 1, 2025


How to Enroll:  Enrollment is through a third-party enrollment platform, AEZ Benefits. If you have questions, use the Chat feature within the site.

  • When is Open Enrollment

    • Start Date: 5/9/2025
    • End Date: 6/8/2025 at 11:59pm CT

  • What is Open Enrollment

    Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and update your benefits for the upcoming plan year.


    Passive Enrollment: If you're not making any changes, your benefits will carry over to the new plan year automatically.


  • How to Enroll?

    To enroll, change, or learn more about your National University benefits, follow these steps:

    1. Log on to the member portal at https://cobralogin.wexhealth.com.
    2. Click "Enroll Now" to start the process
