Our annual benefit open enrollment for the new plan year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) is from May 6 to May 17. Stay tuned for updates on plan changes and resources to guide you through the enrollment process.
This year, we will have an ACTIVE Open Enrollment. Therefore, all employees must take action and either enroll or waive coverage. If you don't enroll, your benefits will terminate on 6/30/2024. Even if you choose to waive your benefits, you must enter your beneficiary designation for your University paid Life and AD&D insurance.

Open Enrollment for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Medical Plan
June 2 - June 13
Part-time faculty and staff can now enroll in the MEC Plus + Globe Life medical plan, a cost-effective option that provides preventive care, nationwide PPO network, telemedicine, and more.
Coverage Effective Date: July 1, 2025
How to Enroll: Enrollment is through a third-party enrollment platform, AEZ Benefits. If you have questions, use the Chat feature within the site.
