  • When is Open Enrollment

    • Start Date: Monday, 5/5/2025
    • End Date: Friday, 5/16/2025 at 11:59pm PT
  • What is Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and update your benefits for the upcoming plan year.

Passive Enrollment: This year's enrollment is passive. Therefore, if you're not making any changes, your benefits will carry over to the new plan year automatically.

    • Exception: You must re-enroll in the Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA if you wish to participate for the new plan year. These plans do not roll over automatically.

Please ensure you do the following:

    • Review your current elections and make any needed changes.
    • Re-enroll in FSA if you want to participate - FSA elections do not carry over automatically.
    • Update your personal info, including life insurance beneficiaries.

  • How to Enroll?

Benefit enrollment is through Workday. NU employees can access Workday via the SSO Chiclet. Access job aid on how to enroll >>
